By taking the next minute to complete this page, you will launch your very own giving page for the FCA Lacrosse's end of the year funding campaign. This page provides you and your supporters a "one-stop-shop" for your fundraising efforts.
Even though the registration process is rather self explanatory, the following points will help you create a fantastic fundraising page quickly and accurately:
Although a profile photo is not required, it is certainly recommended. When your supporters see a picture of you, there's no doubt in their minds that they are giving to you and your efforts.
By entering your email address, you will be notified of every financial gift given to you via your fundraising page.
For the title, please use your name followed by - FCA Lacrosse Giving Tuesday. This is the page's name that will appear at the top of the browser when people visit your page so we want to make sure they know it's your page.
You MUST use your first and last name followed by givingtuesday for the URL. For example, John Doe will use johndoegivingtuesday
Set your fundraising goal. No fundraising page should have a goal less than $500.
The end date should be set already for you.
Once your page has been created, don't forget to let everyone know about it!!

Today, you may see a hashtag show up across social media: #GivingTuesday. The second annual #GivingTuesday is today (Tuesday, December 3, 2013.) It conveniently falls on the Tuesdayfollowing Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The idea behind this national movement is simple: just as Black Fridaydrives shoppers in droves to retailers, #GivingTuesday aims to encourage generous givers to support charities across the country. FCA Lacrosse is participating in this effort and hopes to see the network of supporters come together for #GivingTuesday.
As you may know, I am involved with the Fellowship of Christian Lacrosse ministry. This organization 100% faith-funded. Should you choose to partner with FCA Lacrosse, your gift will directly impact athletes and coaches throughout the country. It will be going towards FCA Lacrosse's end of year giving goal of $100,000.
I have set up my own page to raise support for FCA Lacrosse this giving season. You can give to FCA Lacrosse as a whole, or to an individual staff person as well.
If you desire to become an Automatic Monthly Partner (AMP) please let me know and I can help you to get set up. If you did become a monthly partner, your monthly gift will be multiplied by 12 to be counted towards FCA Lacrosse's end of the year goal.
