Thank you for choosing to support Tailgate for the Cure by hosting your own tailgate fundraising event. To see a sample tailgate page to show you what your page might look like - click here.
You can start raising money to fight cancer in four easy steps:
- Create your account or login
- Set Up Your Tailgate by providing some “Project Details.” This is where you give your tailgate a name (title) along with a custom URL that will allow you to share your webpage with friends and family. You will also set your fundraising goal. Whether your goal is big or small – we are just happy that you want to be part of our movement. The nice thing about tailgate fundraising is that you can do it your way. Please see our Tips Page on how to get the most out of your fundraiser. You also have a chance to select which team you are supporting - in this case, either select or enter in your favorite college, professional, high school, or other team.
- Customize your Story. You will have a chance to provide details about your tailgate. Be sure to include critical information such as the location, date, and time. This is also your chance to explain why you are holding a fundraiser. For instance, is it in honor of anyone particular? You will also be able to upload some photos to make the event even more personal.
- Share your webpage with all your friends and family. We will give you an email template, but please be sure to customize it to suit your needs.
