Thank you so much for helping to support A Dog's Life Rescue! ADLR is doing great work to save the lives and improve the quality of life for animals in Los Angeles. And best of all, it is an all-volunteer organization, which means every penny goes toward animals in need. 

Of course, this means that once again I'm putting my running shoes were my mouth is! I'll be running a 5K - check that - I'll be competing in a timed 5K in Kenneth Hahn State Park on October 26th. The event is called "Wig Out for Rescue," and if you'd like to run too (without fundraising), you can register here.
